Not in a tub!!! – I use Vaseline for most of my skin care, especially around my eyes–as per my dermatologist. Vaseline you find at most stores comes in a tub, so each time someone sticks their grubby fingers in it, germs and bacteria are left behind for me to smear on my face. The tube is great because you can push out a little on a clean tissue to use and it is easy to carry a tube in a “to-go” bag. To bad I have to order on-line, but better than not having any!

I’ve seen multiple dermatologists about it, who have prescribed a variety of different steroidal creams in tiny tubes with high prices and expensive copays and some rather horrifying side effects if used too often. But don’t get me wrong– those things are a quick fix and work fine for a bit… Until you run out.
