Best baby shampoo ever. – I hear this Aveeno Conditioning Shampoo has been discontinued. This was a great shampoo for kids (tear-free) and did not cause scalp dryness like other kids shampoos. The light scent was clean and not overpowering. It is paraben free and phthalate free. I wish it was not discontinued.

Overall, It’s a Nice Product – This is a good, inexpensive sulfate-free and alcohol-free option. I don’t know if it’s color-safe, though. You do have to use a lot each item you wash your hair, and the bottle is small. But it cleanses very thoroughly, and it’s very budget-friendly. Be warned, though: if you have PCOS and it causes you to have extremely oily hair, this will not get it clean. Overall, it’s a nice product, though.

Good Shampoo – We tried the more expensive brands touting natural ingredients and etc. but they all seemed too dry for our daughter’s hair and didn’t smell very good. We also wanted a shampoo that was just a shampoo since we already liked the Cerave wash for our baby. This seems to fit the bill and we’re quite pleased with the product. It leaves my baby’s hair soft and shiny and the smell is fairly mild which we like. Not all of the Aveeno products have worked for us but we liked this one.

Purchased for the dogs – Actually I purchased this for my two dogs. One of the dogs has very dry skin, so I started making my own dog shampoo and this is one of components I use. This adds some suds and a mild cleaning agent along with the oatmeal, rosemary(out my garden), aloe vera oil, lavender oil and baking soda( to change the PH on their skin).
