Not the best – I had high hopes for this cream because I adore there coconut balm for my newborns sensitive skin, but it didn’t really work. The butt paste worked way better at blocking out moisture and preventing diaper rash, this time wasn’t very thick, more the consistency of think sunblock . I change my baby every single time they pee or poo, often times literally one right after the other so I was a bit disappointed when I noticed how red he was tonight. There other products are great but I feel like they could tweak the formula on this a bit especially for 10$ a tube ♀️.

Didn’t work – This has a higher zinc oxide content than desitin so I figured it would work much better and all his soaps and lotions are baby bum, however it seemed to make his diaper rash much worse or at least didn’t help at all. Makes me sad cause I LOVE this brand- baby bum for my son and sun bum for me. Still a great brand I think with lots of other great products, just didn’t work for my little man.
