The packaging of wipes – Everything is ok except for the packaging of the wipes. It’s also hard to take one by one, a bunch come out at once.

Great Product Ruined by Poor Packaging – I like the product and it works well on sensitive skin … in that regard it’s perfect. However, I’m deducting two stars for the packaging which, quite simply, is terrible. The dispenser lid is a thin flexible plastic tab affair (see photo) that uses what looks to be a layer of adhesive to bind the lid to the dispenser. It’s not a positive closure mechanism (e.g., not like other lids that click into place so you know its locked closed) and when the inevitable happens … you go to pull out one wipe, get ten, then try to put nine back for the next time – it doesn’t work very well because the dispenser surface is no longer flat (because of the nine clumped-together wipes) meaning that there’s less area for the adhesive to bind to.

When you pull out a wipe, the next one is not left up for easy retrieval (lane a tissue paper or ant other product of this nature). Is that a big deal? Yes!! Imagine changing a diaper, you keep one hand on your precious baby, and go to get your next wipe and instead find yourself struggling to dig out the next wipe. At this point baby has gone to the bathroom again all over the place abs it has starting crying. 72 wipes per container equals 72 frustrating moments clawing at a flat surface desperately hoping you fetch out another much needed wipe. Sometimes you just end up pulling out a wad of then and then have to separate them. I unfortunately purchased a case of them. Almost done with them and now moving onto competitors version of natural care wipe which as expected pops up the next wipe after pulling out one; as any normal tissue or weep wide should. What a fail. Otherwise free product. If they fix the packaging so that each wipe is easy to pull out then I will buy these abs only these. Until then, I will stay away and strongly reccomrnd all others do the same!
