Easy to use but pricey – This stuff is great and it really works! The only downfall is once it runs out which is does pretty quick, you have to buy a whole new one because there are no refills. My kids don’t mind using it and it’s very gentle for them.

I feel safe that it’s sterile and it’s ready by a gentle turn – I deal with a lot of allergy congestion – travel many different regions – by far this is the best for my situation- I can’t always carry saline water and it’s late in the night – this you just twist and breathe in the gentle saline mist – I love it – especially for ski weather in the mountains!! Hopefully no more bloody noses or headaches or trouble breathing
