Works but mine has all small dots in it – The cream works for the rash, however, mine has all tiny dots, almost like a scrub. I hope that it is just a defected product, because the consistency is not pleasant

Great of every change/Cloth diiaper user – We use this with cloth diapers. I changed from the Earth Mama Angel Baby bottom balm to this when my son started to consume more than just breastmilk for extra protection and it has worked well. He loves anything with tomatoes and that makes it hard to warn off red booty. This seems to do the job as long as I use it every change. Will continue to use it moving forward. California Baby is one of my favorite baby product companies hands down. Worth every penny.

Best product for babies with skin issues. – I love California Baby products. I first was introduced to the product at Walmart stores.( too bad you can’t find it there anymore) The diaper rash cream is like magic you put it on and the next changing the rash is gone!!! 10 out if 10.

Wish had softer packaging. Great rash cream though. – The product itself has been the best rash cream we have tried on my son’s bottom. He had a diaper rash for weeks and we tried A&D, desitin (purple kind), butt paste, aquaphor. Nothing was helping until a NICU nurse told us to try it. Cleared his rash up in one day!! Amazing stuff, even for the price. It is cloth diaper safe and I dont think it has a smell. Or at least not one that I notice… my only complaint is i wish it had better packaging. The tube is soooo stiff its hard to get product out! About half way through I have my husband help me squeeze the rest into a pot to scoop out. Or it’s a two man job to get the product out the tube!

Good product if you can actually open the cap… – This cream would be fantastic if I didn’t have to use both hands while wrangling my baby to get the cap off. The plastic cap is extremely cheaply made and nearly impossible to remove. I’m not even bothering to finish the rest of the tube bc it’s not worth the struggle, especially in the middle of the night. Sorry California Baby, your products are normally great…
