Was skeptical, but *shocked* with positive performance of product! – My 8 yo developed a severe case of dandruff this past year. She wears her hair in two ‘space buns’ at the top of her head every day and the dandruff was so apparent, and it was causing her distress. I wasn’t going to go the way of peppermint oil, ect. with the hopes of “magical essential oils” solving this major dandruff problem. I didn’t want to spend co-pays for dermatologist visits and get expensive prescription meds (my husband used these RX products with just so-so results).

It works! – I thought my infant’s yellow flakey dandruff would go away on it’s own, but it didn’t. Used this shampoo and after about 8 washes the flakes were totally gone. (After each wash we also used a fine tooth dandruff comb.) Once the dandruff was gone we switched back to the normal shampoo (this stuff doesn’t smell as nice), and the dandruff hasn’t returned since. I would definitely recommend for all young children with yellow flakey dandruff.

Definitely works on babies AND adults with dandruff – My 4 month old daughter has cradle cap and with 2 washes it was completely gone. I do want to say that I do/did wash her hair every day and moisturizer it with oil always after a bath to try to keep the scales moisturized. The first wash, I let the shampoo sit for a few minutes and let her play in the tub as well as washed her body before rinsing it out. After letting the shampoo sit, I took a silicone baby brush and swirled the shampoo in circles gently to remove any scales that were soft enough to come off before combing through and rinsing out. Repeated it on day 2 and the scales were gone. I still use it as a preventative. But I’ve been using it a week and the cradle cap hasn’t been back. I also used it on myself because I have bad dandruff, especially near the nape of my neck. The skin on my scalp gets tight and itchy so much that when I scratch I sometimes end up creating scabs on my scalp. After the first wash I felt a huge difference and had no need to scratch. After the 2nd time using it on myself, it was like my entire scalp was healed. Haven’t scratched at all and there’s no itch. So if definitely works.
