Good to have, but not necessary. – My wife bought this and was good to use to avoid creams on your hand whether that cream you’ll apply is oily or sticky. Not necessary for us but good to have. If you got long nails, this is a MUST buy for you so creams won’t sneak in under your nails. Other than that, you can live without this.

Does the job – I feel like this is just a little bit too big to use for the intended purpose, it’s also not super flexible. I think the smaller version would have been a ton better. We no longer use it for applying the cream. We do use it to get every bit of diaper cream out of the tub though, it does an excellent job.

Must have! – So seems silly right? Think again! This product is so worth it I bought 2. The bigger size for home and the smaller size for our diaper bag. Sure most of you are just using your finger to put cream on and then wiping the rest on the diaper or washing it off. BUT!, how many of you hate when it gets under your nails and feels stuck there? Or when it leaves greasy residue that won’t wash off without dawn dish soap.

Keeps everything clean! – I love that you can put any ointment straight onto the spatula and avoid your hands getting messy. It’s soft and flexible and easy to evenly spread ointment. When done, just wipe it clean on the inside of the clean diaper or use a diaper wipe. It’s so nice.
