These do not stay heated – I bought these for my daughter who just had a baby and is breastfeeding and pumping. First, I had to microwave them for 2 minutes to get them warmed. Directions say to heat 30 to 40 seconds!? Then after warmed they cooled down with in a minute. When you need to pump for 15 minutes plus have the warmers on the breast for a few minutes before you start, these did not work. Disappointed!

Really like these but I don’t know how to clean them. – As far as I can tell there’s not any instructions sent with these for cleaning. Unfortunately my cat spilled a drink over my postpartum prep basket and I tried washing them by hand with dawn thinking it would be safest..now they’re weirdly less soft, a bit crunchy feeling and not as comfortable to the touch. So it’s tough because I haven’t even been able to use them yet…

Does not keep the heat for a long time – The product is nice and comfortable to wear but it really does not keep the heat for a long period of time. I ended up not using it much. For the price that is a bit disappointing.

Recommend to aid let down – particularly in beginning stages of pumping! – These are fantastic! I was slowly getting my milk supply in and the first time I used these as directed to aid let down (warmed in the microwave and worn 5 minutes before pumping), I saw a great increase. An increase in breast milk the first week after delivery also comes with time so I can’t say for sure how much these were directly responsible, but with a preemie born only 4 days before and eager to produce whatever nutrients I could to help strengthen him, these offered me sense of exercising power.

Helps with engorgement and clogged ducts! – Struggled with engorgement and clogged ducts in the beginning weeks of my postpartum and these were a godsend. I’ve only used them warm from the microwave but these things get HOT so I would use caution and heat them slowly for 20-30 seconds. Fits easily in bra and I’ve even used them while pumping.

Boobie Savior! – Im pumping, almost exclusively, for twins. Of all the products I’ve purchased promising to provide relief these are the real deal. I used the Earth Mama nipple butter with my first and loved it so much I continued purchasing for the alternative uses well after she weaned.
