      Arrived with very low battery – Seems to work, but arrived with a very low battery. I am home sick, and was disappointed that I paid for rush shipping to be able to check my temperature, only for the battery to not be fully functional.

      No beep sound when reading is complete – I wanted a thermometer that beeped when the reading was completed. No sound from the first one I ordered, so I returned it and ordered another. No sound either. I am keeping this one but be warned it dies not beep as advertised.

I didn’t give it a solid 5 stars because I am still on the fence about the size. I’m an adult without kids- so it is a little small. However, Its the perfect size for families. It’s compact design with nice case fits effortlessly in my first aid kit (which was updated for covid-19)
