A good and fast contactless thermometer. – This thermometer quickly gives you a reading. It is easy to read and fairly easy to use. There is one button for use, and sometimes it is hard to tell when it is ready, but you get used to it. It seems accurate, it hasn’t given me any readings that have made me wonder about its accuracy. All in all, it is a nice thermometer to have in your medicine cabinet.

easy to use – I bought the thermometer that goes in the ear when my youngest got sick, and I didn’t have one on hand I lost it in the move so I bought it but I could never get an accurate reading from it cause her ear canal was to tiny. So I decided to try this elate non-contact thermometer, I just recieved it. My 2 year old loves to get her temp taken so, when she saw it she was so excited. I opened it up to try it on her. It works perfectly and the great thing is I don’t have to protrude her ear to do it. So I would totally recommend this product to anyone with infants or small children that don’t like having something shoved in their ears.

Accurate! – With all of the sickness going around for in winter, we needed a thermometer that was going to actually be accurate. I have never had luck with the ones that go under the tongue and the current one we have here at home is old and can never get the same answer twice. We got this with the hopes of some accuracy. And thankfully, this thing is accurate. It did come with 2x AAA batteries as well, and I love that it remembers your previous temperature!
