      Temperature readings are not accurate – It’s not reading the temperature accurately, I believe the calibration of the unit we got is off.

      Different readings for youth vs adult – No idea why it would have different readings for children vs adults but it reads about 2 degrees less for adults then children

      Works for forehead as well as ear – It replaced an older, similar thermometer (different brand). It takes a little getting used to; but it is fast and accurate. And, it warns you about a too-high fever by displaying the temperature-number against a red background.
