Trusted Brand and Another Trustworthy Product – This company is highly respected and never has any ingredients added that you wouldn’t put on your plate. I was SO happy that they offered D drops for my son! I hate to give him anything beyond breastmilk, but I know I can trust these drops to help boost his immune system. I put 1 ml. into his bottle, or ise some breast milk to mix it with in a syringe. It is better to do the bottle trick, but the syringe works too. My family all came down with the flu (those who are vaccinated and those who are not), but so far, baby (2 months) is unscathed!

Not for EBF babies (not bottle fed) – I like this brand, but I probably won’t buy the baby vitamin D again. My baby is EBF and doesn’t take a bottle, and is only 8 weeks old so she can’t drink anything else. It’s strange that they would make a product that must be mixed into something else, since breastfed babies are the ones that need vitamin D. Formula fed babies already get vitamin D from formula.

Give in a bottle. – The stopper on top of the bottle is great to prevent leaks but receives a syringe nicely. This must be given mixed in something (per the label), so we give it in at least 1.5oz breast milk because it’s pretty oily and has a strong rosemary flavor. Baby takes it fine; though he does better with the bigger bottles and really needs to be hungry to go for it.

He is 8 weeks old and I’ve been giving it to him since he was 4 weeks old. I give it straight through the syringe into his mouth even though the bottle says not to, but the pediatrician said this was ok, and honestly my baby loves it! He gets all excited when I put the syringe to his mouth and he takes it like a champ. The only reason I can’t give it five stars is due to the bottle it came in. The cap is broken and won’t even twist off anymore and there is at least half of the bottle left, so I will have to buy a new bottle. Faulty bottle, but great product.
