Really helped improve my gut – I have really bad gut health and this and really helped me with my stomach issues. Highly recommend if you’re pregnant and get BV or yeast infections often. Haven’t had BV since taking this after I took a dose of antibiotics a few months ago!

Must-have if pregnant!! – I’m about to TMI.. I’ve always been very regular every day until I got pregnant over a month ago and the pregnancy constipation hit hard! I normally need to ease into probiotics (take them every other day for the first two weeks) because they typically have the extreme effect for me until I adjust to them, but I was desperate after days of no relief so I started taking these every night. Within 3 days I started getting good, healthy relief every morning!! I’ve been taking them for 3 weeks now and am so glad I did! I haven’t had to worry about sprinting to the bathroom for unexpected “flood gates” even once. I’m back to being regular daily and feel so good again! If you’re pregnant you definitely need these!! The real deal!!! – These are such a great compliment to prenatal vitamins that can have you “stopped up” from the high iron content. With these easy to swallow pills, I had no issues defecating. I had at least one bowel movement everyday…and it was smooth! 🙂 I would definitely recommend. I am still using postpartum as I’m still on prenatals as long as I’m breastfeeding.
