Short expiration date – Placed this order to stock up, grocery stores around me always have limited supplies. Ordered in November 2022, this product expires January 31, 2023. This is the reality of ordering products online vs actually buying in oerson at the store.

I bought for my pup who has stomach issues and she loves it as a gravy on kibble! – My pup is a very finicky eater. A friend told me about how her pup was crazy about this turkey and rice. I decided it was worth a try! I put it on her kibble and stirred it in. She licked her bowl CLEAN! Better than with chicken meat!

Basically tomato sauce – If i buy chicken & rice, I don’t expect it to look and taste like tomato sauce. Got it for my sick dogs, and while tomatoes are okay for them, it’s only in small quantities. This also contains onion powder and onions are toxic to cats & dogs (again, quantity matters). I just wanted 3 ingredients: chicken, rice, water. Instead I got this weird tomato mix. The dogs seem to like it, but I can’t give it to them in the quantity that would be helpful because I’m very concerned about putting questionable ingredients into my already sick dogs. I’m sure it’s great for human babies, though.
