Gamechanger for sensitive skin! – I am a mom of three. I struggled with diaper rash with all three kids, and went through various brands of diapers, wipes, and spent tons of money on creams, and despite this, it felt like my kids were always waking with a rash, recovering from a rash, etc. Teething baby? Diaper rash. Antibiotics or a cold? Diaper rash. Ate something new? Diaper rash. My third baby, a girl, has had it the worst. She has incredibly sensitive skin and prone to excema. This product showed up on my instagram ads, and I thought about it every time I slathered triple paste on my sweet baby girl and heard her SCREAM trying to clean up a no2. I finally purchased it, and I’m not kidding, within a day, her skin was flawless. She hasn’t had a single mark on her baby skin — not even redness in that area – since we’ve been using. Game changer! I still use baby wipes to clean up no2, but I follow with a cotton swab with this product on it to protect and clean. After no1, I don’t use wipes… just a cotton swab with this. It’s a game changer! – This diapering lotion is a game changer! It’s definitely different for anyone who has never used this type of product for diapering before but easy acclimate. I love it. My son’s skin is sensitive and this product keeps his skin fresh and clean. I use either Honest dry wipes or a reusable towelette when applying. I questioned the effectiveness and the cleanliness when it arrived but gave it a chance and it’s proven to be a wonderful product. My son is 15 months old and it’s the first and primary product we use for diaper changes. Wipes come with our diaper subscription so we use those mostly to clean hands and his face but occasionally we’ll use them for diapering as well. We won’t go without this product – it’s a staple. He had never had a diaper rash until he started daycare and wipes became the primary source of cleaning while I was away. Lifesaver for diaper rash – My son had a terrible case of diaper rash over a large area after being in the NICU from birth. We tried every cream/ointment on the market and took him to the doctor twice to have it checked out. We switched to water wipes, then using soft cloths with water, we gently blow dried him after every diaper change, and even tried Maalox to combat the acid in his watery breast milk poops—but it just kept staying the same or worsening. The rash even went from being just a moisture contact rash (diagnosed by pediatrician) to a yeast rash. I saw an ad on Facebook for La Petite Creme and I was intrigued. I had never heard of this concept of not using wipes before, but I wondered if it would help my son’s rash since moisture was aggravating the rash and La Petite Creme isn’t water based. It was heartbreaking how he would scream and wail at every diaper change—it was even bleeding, and we were desperate.

It seemed to do an ok job cleaning and keeping her little bum protected, but the price is too prohibitive for me. Nothing beats Caldesene powder for preventing diaper rash in my opinion, and it’s considerably cheaper. Sticking with that for now.
