Good for blocking street noise and snoring (somewhat) – The product was easy to set up. You just basically take it out of the box and plug it into an outlet. I really like “white noise,” so that’s really the only sound I use. There are other sounds, however, for people who want something different. The device is great for blocking street/neighborhood noise. I don’t have any problems sleeping through that. … My boyfriend snores like I imagine a bear would sound (lol). The device does a decent job of blocking his snoring if I angle my head the right way. Sometimes, however, I still have to put in an earplug for the ear facing him if he sleeps too close to me. I blame that more on his snoring than the device, so I didn’t downgrade the device because of that.

Continuous play! – I bought this for my 1yr old. She sleeps more soundly with “white noise,” if the sounds stop she wakes up. This sound machine will play all night or you can set it for 1hr- up to 5hrs. It also has a bunch of sounds to choose from, my favorite is the rain. It has to be plugged in which is only a minor i convenience.. Overall i love it!

Drowns out my Roomate’s Noise – The product works to drown out all of the unwanted sounds and the fact that you can set the timer for up to 5 hours is very handy. I usually set it to 1-2 hours, as I would prefer to sleep in silence but if I need to drown out the noise my roommate makes or other noises, the recorded audio has some good options. I usually go for either the track of rain+thunder or waves sloshing on to the shore/beach. Great buy for anyone trying to reclaim their sleep. The white noise options are okay too, but not necessarily my thing.

Amazing – I initially got this to block out the sound of my exes window air conditioner. But I left his sorry butt and when I got into my new place it was too quiet. I guess I am high maintenance. Luckily I had this. My girls and I absolutely love the thunder storm sound. I have it on every night. At night, as soon as I turn it on and turn off the light, my toddler zoinks out. Love this thing

Tinnitus – great solution to finally sleep – I have serious Tinnitus due to some hearing loss and serious allergies most likely all my life. The ENT specialists said is nothing I could do. Nothing has helped – staying away from alcohol, coffee; taking allergy medicine hasn’t helped. I have not slept for weeks since the weather changed to cold and rain which seems to make it worse. I never considered a white noise machine although I see it recommended, but not strongly recommended. White noise at work in conference rooms always interfered with my hearing so I blushed off the thought. My friend has Tinnitus due to a brain injury and said white noise / other noise machines helped her sleep. For the first time in many weeks, I slept last night all the way through and more 8 hours. I can handle the Tinnitus during the day but not at night when it seems to blow up with pressure and and hardly can stand it. This was such an inexpensive solution and I am not sure why it is not being strongly recommended for Tinnitus or maybe i have not read the recommendations correctly. This is so helpful to my health and well being. I was actually considering taking diability at work (I never even call in sick) as I have been so exhausted during the day or even taking cannabis as I saw that discussed but not a certain solution which I don’t like anything like that at all. I wanted to let others know that this was unbelieveable and I am very grateful.

Just buy! – I bought this to help with my newborn who experiences colic like systems and white noise seems to be the only thing to calm him down and open the gates to him falling asleep. My husband and I got tired of using our phones and decided to purchase this and it changed the game. You can control the volume easily use it has a timer I will set it to 2 or 3 lights meaning 2 or 3 hours and when it stops it’s like an alarm time to feed baby. It’s small and convenient so taking it to whatever room we’re in in the house is great!
