Glad I found this style of nasal rinse device – I have had a chronic infection my Doctor though was a sinus infection, but my using this I have been able to prove ti him it was elsewhere. I could feel post nasal drip but could not figure out where it was coming from. It turns out I had a salivary infection in the one behind the jaw/in the cheek. It never hurt just made me tired for 6 months or so and was pushing on the tube that goes from the war to my throat. By completely rinsing out my nose daily it was obvious it wasn’t there. In any case I am now better and will be using this to rinse my sinuses out if only because it helps reduce my amounts of allergy meds needed. This is easy to use, easy to clean and easy to store out of reach of my cat. I find it easier to mix as the water levels are well marked and the special salt (to make the saline rinse) is easy to see its dissolved before using. i currently alternate tips cleaning one that using the other. Unlike other things I have used I think I can even successfully take this camping, at least when staying at one site for a couple days at a time, which is nicer than not rinsing or having to take a full saline bottle.
