New Flavor/Scent Much Better! – I am 18 weeks pregnant and I’ve been taking this for the last 2.5 months as a supplement for my core prenatal vitamins. My previous bottles have definitely tasted very fishy/seaweedy. I’ve struggled with nausea my whole pregnancy and there were days I just couldn’t take these pills because the taste and burps would be too awful. Well, GOOD NEWS! They updated the “flavor/scent” and my newest bottle has a pleasant citrus smell and no bad taste! Now I have zero issue taking them. Great supplement, especially as a vegetarian.

Finally found a prenatal not full of toxins! – I love that I found something not full of toxins, I just wish I didn’t have to take two pills (not a fan of pills). The taste is citrus like so it’s not bad. I’d definitely recommend. Especially if you’re health conscious of what you put into your body.

Smelly pills for pregnancy are just the worst combo – I trust the quality and I’ll keep taking it, but oof, the smell is just perverse for the first trimester. Just took my nightly pair and nearly puked them right back up : ( I know it’s a common issue with DHA, but it seems particularly strong in these, and whatever scent they add definitely doesn’t help (at least for me).
