Has EVERYTHING you need for MTHFR gene – I have 2 copies of the MTHFR gene, so I was looking for a prenatal vitamin that has folate vs. folic acid. This vitamin is the best! I am so glad I found it. It has literally everything you need in a prenatal, including iron. It is made with folate and not folic acid, which is what you need when pregnant and positive for MTHFR.

Good, gentle on stomach – I started taking these because I will be TTC soon and wanted the Folate now, and wanted to figure out a good prenatal now. I am mildly anemic and have attempted taking iron supplements before, but they made me feel so nauseous and sick that I stopped. Due to that, I was willing to spend a bit more on a prenatal that could actually get some iron in me and keep it down.

They’ve helped – These helped me throughout my pregnancy. I found the vitamins to be quite large, but I didn’t have too much trouble swallowing them. The taste isn’t to bad either. I liked most of all that it had rich nutrient dense ingredients and nothing unnecessary.

The pills are large oval shaped and have a vegetable coating instead of plastic, which I prefer. I also like that it’s natural doesn’t have any artificial colors flavors. Would recommend.
