Being able to read without having to switch on the light. – If it has both centigrade and Fahrenheit. Though I haven’t looked at the manual. Meanwhile I know how to convert centigrade to Fahrenheit. It easy but still prefer I can switch to it. In general I like it. I have bought many expensive dive ones but that never served me as this one.

Does the kob – This thermometer works well and is easy to use and read. A nice features is that one does not need to touch it on one’s skin, but just hold it near the forehead.

“LO” reading is misleading – When you first turn this on, most people will see a (RED) “LO” reading.
