Replace these pads as often as possible – We use this nail filer on our 1 year old son, after a while we ran out of the pads and it took longer and longer to file his nails. Ordering these helps so much because it comes with so many extra and it reminded me of how easy it is to file his nails down with new pads. If you use this filer/grinder, make sure you have plenty of replacements.
