Thermometer works. – I am writing a new review because I thought this thermometer came with a bad battery. I sent an email to the company and began to look for a new battery. The company let me know that the lo reading I was getting had nothing to do with a bad battery and simple the reading you get when you turn the thermometer on because the temp in the room (68 at my house) is too low to register. I am writing this new review to say that the thermometer is fine. I wish it came in a sealed package.

Rapid Accurate Temperature Readings – This thermometer could not be easier to use. It arrives ready to go, after a quick sanitary wash of course. An obvious push button turns the thermometer on and it shows the traditional normal body temperature of 98.6 F. However, as per their instructions, individual variation may make ‘your’ normal somewhere between 97 and 100 F. Thermometer can be used oral, rectal or under the arm (i.e. arm pit). Readings pop up in roughly 10 seconds. We have find this thermometer to be simple and accurate. No issues from us in recommending its use.
