Super effective and fast! – Ok, I was skeptical of these when I bought them. But our Pediatrition suggested them and I’m so glad I listened. We had been through so much to help my 3 month old son get some relief. Prune juice, warm baths, leg exercises, tummy massage, solid glycerin suppositories, even those Windii things they make for gassy babies. Most wasn’t very effective and the few things that did work, didn’t work well. Tonight we tried these. They’re easy to use, pre-lubricated, and work wonders. IN SECONDS he had relief. So a word of advise, have your kiddo somewhere you can easily clean up when you use these. I am so glad they work like they do. If we ever have these issues for any of my kids again, we will know to rely on these!

Using since baby was 5 months now he is 28 months, highly recommend – My baby was born at 25 weeks and now he is 2 yrs old. My baby always had problems with constipation. In NICU (stayed 3 months in the hospital at birth) they would give him a solid version of this product. For me he would always push it out so the solid version did not work, then I came across this liquid version. Gave it a try, we have been using the liquid version since he was 5 months old. Would highly recommend. Never fails, it makes him go within 30 mins. He does not like it, but nothing else seems to work.

Worked after 2 whole weeks of constipation!! – My daughter (who is turning 2 years old tomorrow) has had bouts of constipation throughout her life. I feel now I may be caused by dairy, so we’ll just be eliminating that from her diet. This last time though was by far the worst as far as how long she went since her last bowel movement. It was just over 2 weeks! The poor thing was obviously getting to a point where it was noticeably starting to bother her from time to time. She still wasn’t trying to push though. I tried juice, prunes, belly massages, etc., but none of those methods were having any effect. We also have probiotic powder for little ones that I’ve used in her food, but even that wasn’t helping. I bought this product as a last-ditch effort. It states on the box for it that if your child doesn’t have a bowel movement within an hour after using the suppository, to call the doctor, because it might mean there is a bigger issue going on. So, I inserted it into her as instructed, and within seconds, she was crying and acting like she needed to go. This quickly turned into pained crying, and I thought for certain she was about to poop. But then, about 10 minutes later, she just stopped, was calm, and just wanted to lay down. I kept trying to get her to get up and move, because she seemed to be trying to fight it and wanted to soothe herself. Every time I tried to get her to walk around or even just sit up and hold onto me, she didn’t like it. 15 minutes passed, then 20. I was getting anxious. Most reviews here state this worked pretty instantly for everyone! Was my daughter seriously blocked up? Was this not going to work after all? Finally, around the half hour mark, she laid down and then started actually pushing! Prior to that, she hadn’t attempted bearing down once, but then she finally was pushing and trying. I was so relieved! She ended up having a pretty sizable bowel movement (mostly solid, but also some liquid as well). Afterward, she was so tried from that little experience, that she just passed out on me.

These work in my 2yo with cerebral palsy! – My 2yo daughter has cerebral palsy and suffers from intestinal issues from time to time including a little backup. Whenever I use these on her she is literally producing a bowel movement in less than five minutes too. As a matter of fact I think I should say in more like THREE. The only thing that I hate, which I don’t understand, is that the tip that you insert is simply flat and wound. I hate that they did not make a more contoured tip to insert into such small little people. I use water based lube or Vaseline, and then I do have to use a little bit of tension when I pull her little cheeks apart so that way it goes in a lot easier. If you want to use the entire contents then you will have to kind of tilt their little booty as well as your angle upwards so the substance can flow downwards when you squeeze. I find that I usually only have to use half the contents. When I pull it out I simply wipe off the insertion portion of it with alcohol wipes, I dry it off, and I recap it. You can do what you want, but we are very particular here over at our house. It may sound kind of weird to you, but these things really aren’t cheap, but they work!
