Tasty – Honestly don’t think it helped much with nausea but it didn’t hurt either. They taste good too so that’s a plus.

Morning sickness – These candies helped when I experienced morning sickness at the beginning of my pregnancy.

Flavored Candy – These tasted good, almost like a jolly rancher, but not really sure it did much for the actual pregnancy nausea.

These Actually Work, Just Wished the Effect Lasted Longer – These immediately reduce nausea for me. I could easily go through 8 of these in a day if I wasn’t careful, but I’ve been able to get by with 3-5 per day (serving size is 3). They work while you’re sucking them and a bit after, but the effect wears off after 30-60 minutes (also depends on your nausea levels). I’m 8 weeks pregnant for reference and I’m not nauseated enough to throw up but I basically feel like I have the worst hangover everyday and on the verge of throwing up. Just give the small box a try and see if they work for you. Worst case scenario you have tasty sour candies lying

Misleading Reviews – I have had Preggie Pops before with my previous pregnancy 4 years ago. My morning sickness was mild, mostly just constant nausea and sour candies did the trick. I bought these organic ones online this time without reading reviews because I knew I’d like the non-organic just fine but later came back to see what people were saying.

Not great but taste good – The flavors were nice and not too sour honestly. I swapped to the more sour Trader Joe’s gummies and those worked better for me. I found them hard to eat during my 1st trimester in the mornings, so I can’t say they actually helped with nausea as intended. Otter pops were my go to instead and B6 the second I could stomach anything. If sour treats work for you, I’d try sour Skittles or some other far more sour smaller candies. I would try the ones with B6 for the added vitamin benefit if pills are too much for you.

Good but wish it was smaller – I really like these candies the problem is they are huge. I wish they were smaller. Also if you are trying to hide your pregnancy make sure you don’t leave the wrappers lying around they all say Preggie pops.
