At ages five, four, two and one year old, my boys all love them and would eat them all day long if they could. They each have a favorite flavor but I never order the ones with all fruit and they eat their veggies happily. I am one thankful momma! Picky Toddler Approved – If you’re one of those “they eat what I eat” parents, this review isn’t for you. For the rest of us whose toddlers are more likely to fly than eat broccoli, spinach, carrots, or anything that isn’t chicken nuggets or macaroni and cheese – this helps to ease the guilt of yet another night of Mac ‘n cheese. I work diligently to introduce new foods to my picky eater and after the 20 or 30th night of near tears and hysterics, we might get one bite. In the meantime, I need to get some nutrients in her and these pouches are saving the day! My little one will most certainly not eat an actual beet, but these pouches are a great way of introducing the taste of the vegetables in a way that is still delicious and fun to eat. I have no problems getting them to eat a pouch. I will keep ordering these until the miraculous day I can get her to eat an actual serving of vegetables.

Any way you can get it down! – I rotate my 3 year old boy through the beet/carrot, kale/broccoli, and spinach/pea pouch each week. He has texture and smell issues with food. But he’s always loved these pouches and I feel great giving them to him. These are not just for babies, but for any kid who needs an alternative to conventional veggie and fruit recipes. They are much more reasonably priced then once upon a farm and contain more greens and veggies in them.
