Gentle for eyes but be careful of the pump sticking – My ophthalmologist recommended gently washing my eyelids and lashes using a tear-free baby shampoo. I purchased this product and have been using it daily. It has been very gentle to my eyes, does not cause any irritation and has helped clear my eyes. The only problem is that after about a month of use, the pump tends to get stuck in the “down” position, pumping the product (which costs a lot!) all over the sink if you don’t notice it occurring. I now have to remember to “click it” back into its fully up position in order to stop it from wasting the product on the sink.
