      soft and gentle – i thought i’d try this shampoo and conditioner as i was getting tired of my previous lot that i’ve used over the years. i feel that this duo has made my hair shinier and softer, and more manageable after my shower, not feeling a little like cardboard before i dry it. also, one doesn’t need much of either product, which i think is better for one’s hair. i’m happy to recommend it.
