4 stars because… – The product was packaged in an Amazon bubble mailer & arrived damaged to the point where only 1 spray nozzle could be used & half of the spray solution had leaked everywhere. I recieved a replacement fairly quick… still in an Amazon bubble mailer…& both spray nozzles had hairline cracks, but work fine & no leaked product. The product itself works just as well as any other highchair cleaning product that I’ve used.
