Small and loud. Good volume control – I liked it a lot!!! Works great. I used the fan mode and sleep through the night because it cancels out all noise. The speaker is on the bottom though which is a little odd. But not a big deal. Can just flip it over. Might have a slight muffled sound as others have mentioned depending on what surface you place it on. Again, can just set it upside down if that’s an issue for you. It’s tiny and I like it!

Best noise machine I own – I have 3 different noise machines and I thought I was happy. Until I bought this! Now I’m updating all my other machines in the house to THIS one. Here’s why: I love how easy the on/off button is easily found. No “long/short” pressing or whatever. Volume buttons are easy to find on either side of power button. And the sounds are already separated by easy to find icons. You can have fan/outside/brown/baby noises by just pressing those icons. Each time you press it, it cycles to the next one until there is a certain sound that tells you it’s at the beginning of the cycle again. Once you find the sound you like best, just stop. You can cycle to all the icons and pick your faves and those will be the defaults next time you press that icon. So easy! And as far as length of time the sound stays on, the default is ‘always’, but you can change it on a button on the back of the machine. So no accidently making an all-night sound wish to be just a few hours long. Also of note, they are small-ish and easy to use for travel. Anyway, I’m off to order some more of these to replace all my existing sound machines.
