Not for frequent use but can provide audible relief – These are great if your little one needs a little extra help every so often. Newborns need to develop the skill of passing gas and pooping on their own so use these judiciously and consult their doctor. But these were great for us.

God sent!! – Is your baby gassy and fussy all the time? Constipated? You NEED these. My poor babe was having issues passing her bowels for a couple of weeks and was pushing sooo hard each time until she was in tears and so uncomfortable. We had tried everything the Doctor had recommended to help such as stomach massages, pushing her legs up in a froggy position, warm baths, had her drink some water, gripe water, and so on. Nothing worked. But these!! These are a miracle. They gave instant relief every time we used one. When I say I’ve never been more happy to see my baby have an explosion, I mean it. Spare yourself the time and stress and get these to help your baby out. 100% recommend these and we always have them on hand now!

Pretty good I guess – These are good when they work. They don’t work every time. Which isn’t necessarily the product’s fault but more luck with your baby, but still. And they aren’t that big of a lifesaver like everyone claims. For literally just being tiny pieces of plastic I feel like they should be less expensive. Especially since you’re really only supposed to use each one just one time. All in all they’re good to have on hand in your arsenal for desperate times to relieve baby’s gas but they aren’t miracle workers.

This works! – Followed instructions and I was good to go. My baby pooped within 10 minutes but not much. After several hours, he pooped again and this time was a lot.

A must have for newborns – It’s a freaking must have for newborns and infants. I really like this design (compared to other ones we have tried) because it’s easy to hold and has the extra little valves to keep the poop from getting on your hands. We do bicycle kicks and then with one hand I stretch his legs so his heels are hovering over the surface of the bed and with my free hand I massage his belly in a downward motion about 10 times. Finally, I insert the tube and we are free of gas. It might take a few rounds of this (depending on how much he’s got). We use olive oil as a lubricant and a washable bed chuck cuz sometimes we have accidents. Heads up- sometimes as he’s pushing the gas out he will pee, too. Keep plenty of cleaning supplies within reach and prepare for some relief.
