Looks used/returned – I bought this brush about four years ago for my daughter when she was born and I absolutely loved it. I purchased this one for my new born niece and it came in looking rough . The bag itself had hard/old lent balls all over and just flat out looks dingy, and the brush had black specks of something in it and the bristles were a mess
