Kick your mom guilt out of the door – I never wanted to be the mom to give her child anything for sleep support. I was scared and felt like a horrible parent full of mom guilt. I was also afraid that my daughter would be groggy in the morning. However, she was not sleeping well at nights and making the days worse because she was exhausted. So happy to have found this! – This stuff is amazing. I love that it has no side effects outside of the helping kids to sleep naturally, which it was made for. My little one takes 1 pill on nights when she’s really fighting to stay awake even knowing she’s tired. It takes less than 30min to kick in, and then she’s sound asleep. She likes the grape flavor so it’s never a hassle to get her to take one.

Toddler Approved – Sometimes my nephew who is 3 will get so overtired that there is no consoling him. We have spoken with his doctor and he recommended this chewable tablet. My nephew has no issues taking the pill. He has never complained about the taste or the size. He actually will call it “purple candy.” When he does need to take it the pill will usually help him calm down and start to feel sleepy within 30 minutes. We use them as the doctor suggested. This has been super helpful for us and though I would highly recommend them, please check in with someone who has a medical background before giving them to your child.

Work great-slightly bitter – These help the kids (and me!) get to sleep on days when we just can’t seem to fall asleep on our own. They take a little while to work so make sure to take them 30-40 minutes before bedtime. They just give a sense of natural tiredness-there is no groggy or medicated feeling. They also only help you to fall asleep; they do not keep you asleep for the whole night so if the issue you’re having is frequently waking up during the night these will not help.
