Non addictive and works great – I’ve started giving this to my child like a year ago. Of course I only use it every other night. Sometimes I don’t give it to her for months. I only use it when it’s a bad night or when it’s late and she won’t go to sleep. This puts her to sleep in less than 30 minutes. It’s really good has a good taste and I don’t even give her the right amount I always give her less and it works wonders. I love this for my kid because she’s too energetic and she’s goes to bed real late, but as I said I give it to her when I feel like it’s needed. 10/10 recommend.
