Much better than pills – So my husband found out he has arthritis and the dr does blood panel and tells him he needs to take 2500 iu of D3. Well he is already taking 5000 iu inpill form so wtf he should have been getting plenty of vit D3! So I decide to switch it u and got this and I am glad I did! He told me he felt so much more energetic. So anyway I’m also 8 months pregnant so I have NO energy nor do I expect to gain any but he tells me to try it and I do. I had energy for a whole 2 days and then I took another 2000 iu dose and the energy came back again. Needless to say it works while the pills never did.

Purchased for 3 month old – I breastfeed exclusively, and purchased for my 3 month old so she can get her vitamin D since it’s too cold to be outside in the sun. I purchased other brands advertised for babies but they gave her so much gas, it was heartbreaking seeing her cry, and be in pain all the time. I’m a week in with these, and she hasn’t been in pain yet. The only thing I don’t like is that the drops come out really fast from the dropper, and I can easily overdose her. So I practice in the bottle first before giving her the one drop.
